The Central Village at The Boardwalk is a destination designed to spark joy and curiosity for all ages. Opened in May 2018, this dynamic outdoor space features two Maglin playgrounds: one with hammocks, spinners, and low climbers perfect for younger kids, and another anchored by a towering climbing dome that dares older children to reach new heights. At the heart of it all is the Splash Circle from WaterPlay, with its heated water and creative design featured as the company’s “Best Global Project” in 2019. Custom-designed by Janet Elliot of OpenSpace, this park is a vibrant gathering place that remains architecturally-interesting during off-seasons.
